The Northshore School District will be accepting bids from capable Contractor firms for the construction of the Northshore School District’s Warehouse Improvements Phase 2 project at the District warehouse building located in Bothell, Washington.

The Warehouse Improvements Phase 2 project is an interior tenant improvement which includes the addition of approximately 3,000 sf of steel structure mezzanine, addition of 2 restrooms, addition and reconfiguration of storage racks, modification of the IT work area, other miscellaneous improvements, and associated electrical, low-voltage, and other MEP work.  The estimated construction cost is approximately $1.5 million.

An optional pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00PM Pacific Time on February 1 at the School District Support Services Building at 22105 23rd Drive SE, Bothell, WA 98021.

Sealed Bids are due no later than 2:00 PM Pacific Time, February 21, 2023.
