Project Description:   Work at the Northshore Senior Center (NSC) includes but is not limited to window repairs, replacement of all exterior trim, siding replacement and repair, painting of the entire exterior; providing a roof overlay at the low slope roof areas (approximately 12,000 square feet); replacement of the shingle roofing (approximately 3,600 square feet) and replacement of the existing skylights; replacement of all the HVAC systems and accompanying appurtenances for a fully functioning system.

Note: Owner has purchased certain HVAC equipment to be installed. A list is provided that includes all equipment “Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI)”.
