Notice of Request for Proposal (RFP) For Fiber-To-The-Home Technical Support, Construction Management and Vetro Fiber Mapping
The Port of Clarkston (WA) is seeking proposals for construction management, technical support and Vetro Fiber mapping for its Fiber-to-the-Home project for Census Tract 9604 Service Area Fiber-to-the-Home from interested parties.
Proposals must be in writing and address each of the elements covered in the detailed Request for Proposal (RFP). Submittals should be delivered per instructions by 1 pm, December 21, 2023.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the qualifications necessary to fully, properly, and timely carry out all of the obligations described in the RFP.
Decisions will be made on qualifications and cost. Rejection of proposals may occur if a bidder is not responsible or responsive or has a conflict of interest. All firms must be licensed in the State of Washington to conduct business and must not be debarred or suspended.
This project is funded through the Washington Department of Commerce with federal funds from the U.S. Treasury Coronavirus Capital Projects Fund. Disadvantaged, Minority, and Women’s Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond.
