The Washington Department of Commerce, hereafter called "COMMERCE,” is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit Proposals from those qualified and interested in participating in a project to provide a study or studies to assess strategies necessary for the state of Washington to engage in the offshore wind supply chain, and identify economic, community, and workforce development opportunities resulting from Washington State’s participation in the offshore wind supply chain. 

COMMERCE intends to award one contract to provide the services described in this RFP.  
 

Propopals due: 4:00 pm PST March 7, 2025 

Pre-proposal conference: A pre-proposal conference will be held on 2/10/2025 at 1:00 p.m. Pacific time. The pre-proposal conference will be virtual only, on Microsoft Teams.
