Project Description: 

The Project consists of tenant improvements to convert existing educational spaces on two levels into health sciences lab program spaces including healthcare labs, classrooms, offices and support spaces. The renovation area is approximately 8,390 square feet. Project scope includes:

1. Demolition of existing walls, systems and furnishings.
2. Demolition of interior partitions, gypsum wallboard ceiling and finishes.
3. Installation of new interior partitions, ceilings, doors, frames, and finishes
4. Plumbing for sinks.
5. Alterations to existing mechanical systems that provide heating, ventilation, and air conditioning to the tenant improvement spaces.
6. Alterations to existing electrical systems to provide lighting, lighting controls, convenience power and communications systems in the tenant improvement spaces.
7. Alterations to existing fire alarm and protection systems adjusted to serve the tenant improvement spaces.

$2,200,000 to $2,500,000
