NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:

OSS COMMUNITY OUTREACH & MARKETING SERVICES

UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday August 28, 2018

At which time and place the responses will be publicly opened, and the names of the submitters identified. All interested people are invited to be present. Late submittals will not be accepted. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities.

Whatcom County Public Works (WCPW) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing OSS community outreach and marketing services as further described in the RFP document.
