DSHS Policy 13.12 Notification

RFP # 1934-738, Over-the-Phone Spoken Language Interpreter (OPI) Services

 

The State of Washington, Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) has issued an RFP seeking to assist the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) and Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) in seeking qualified contractor(s) for on-demand, over-the-phone interpreter services. These services are required to assist clients with Limited English Proficiency (LEP). Immediate telephone-based interpreter services will facilitate communication between clients and customers at a service provider facility when an on-site interpreter is not available or not appropriate.
