This is an acquisition for design-bid-build (DBB) services for the construction of Military Construction (MCON) project P-834 SEAWOLF Class Service Pier Extension, Naval Base Kitsap (NBK), Bangor, Silverdale, WA.

The project constructs a 520 foot x 68 foot single level, reinforced concrete, general purpose submarine berthing pier extension to the existing service pier, with pier side utilities, communication systems, and two 580 square foot concrete floating camels.
