P23010-1: S 11th Street and S Timm Road Safety Improvement
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that bids must be received by the City of Ridgefield (City) through the City’s e-Procurement Portal, via mail or in person delivery until the bid closing time at 4:00:00 p.m. on June 24, 2025, local time, for the S 11th Street and S Timm Road Safety Improvement Project. Bids received after such time and date will not be considered complete and will be forfeited. Electronic submission through the City’s e-Procurement Portal is the preferred method. Bid opening will begin at 4:00 p.m. at which time all bids for the S 11th Street and S Timm Road Safety Improvement project will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Ridgefield Administrative and Civic Center (RACC) building at 510 Pioneer Street, Suite B, Ridgefield Washington.
The work will include striping, raised pavement markers, signage and a streetlight and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications.
Bid packages may be viewed and downloaded via the City’s e-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ridgefieldwa on Tuesday, May 27, 2025. Bidders are required to register for a free account via the City’s e-Procurement Portal hosted by OpenGov Procurement. Once the bidder has completed registration, bidders will have access to download the bid package. To receive Contract Addenda notifications, bidders shall be added to the bidders list by clicking “Follow” on this project within the e-Procurement Portal.
If the electronic bid process is not an option, bids shall be placed in a sealed envelope which clearly states the name of the bidder, the date of the bid opening, and the title “S 11th Street and S Timm Road Safety Improvement”. Bids delivered in person to the Ridgefield Administrative and Civic Center (RACC) building at 510 Pioneer Street, Suite B, Ridgefield, Washington shall be delivered to the attention of Melissa Irwin. Bids not delivered in person to the RACC shall be enclosed in another envelope that is addressed to the attention of Melissa Irwin, City of Ridgefield, P.O. Box 608, Ridgefield, Washington, 98642. Mail to the City of Ridgefield is received by 10:00 a.m. each day. Bidders may call the Procurement Coordinator to verify receipt of their bid. Bids that are mailed and not received by bid closing of 4:00:00 p.m local time, Tuesday, June 24, 2025, will not be considered complete and will be forfeited. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check or bid bond in an amount equal to five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount.
