Solicitation Description:

City of Bellingham (“City”) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) (Invitation No. 59B-2020) from consultants interested in providing professional design services to the City of Bellingham for the Padden Creek Restoration: 24^th to 30^th Streets project (EN-0055). Disadvantaged, minority and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond. Upon consideration of the submittals, the City will negotiate final terms with the selected party.

The scope of work shall include providing a site plan and associated services that results in the best, functional use of the Woburn Street park site to meet the needs of the public and the city.
