NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

 

 

 

Sealed bids for the following Public Works Project will be received until 2:00 p.m. on September 12, 2024, at 600 Capitol Way North, MS: 43158, Olympia, Washington, 98501-1091, and will be publicly opened and read.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to upgrade the energy efficiency of one residence by air sealing, insulating, and installing windows and a ductless heat pump system at the Department's Palmer Ponds Facility, located at 32915 SE 309th St, Ravensdale, Washington 98051, GPS Coordinates 47.32328, -121.903482, in King County.

 

Engineer’s Estimate: $40,000

 

A RECOMMENDED pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled at 12:00 p.m. on September 3, 2024, at the Department’s above project location. No questions will be answered on-site; questions should be directed to CAMP.Bids@dfw.wa.gov.

If the project is estimated at or above one million dollars, a mandatory 15 percent Apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of this contract.
