Rotschy Inc. is soliciting subcontractor bids and supplier quotations from qualified under-utilized, disadvantaged small, minority, and women-owned businesses for the Parkdale Sanitary District Wastewater Facilities Improvements project. This project bids at 2:00 P.M. on December 20^th, 2018; Rotschy is requesting that subcontractor bids and supplier quotations be submitted as early as practicable on or before this date. Plans and specifications can examined at the Issuing office of Murraysmith (located in Portland, OR) or email Justin.Ford@murrysmith.us., or interested parties may contact Rotschy Inc. for access to the documents. This project is subject to the Federal American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements. Materials specified to be incorporated into this project shall meet the AIS requirements of P.L 113-76, Consolidated Appropriation Act, 2014.

This project includes improvements to the Parkdale Sanitary Districts Wastewater collection and treatment facilities by furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for installing and start-up services for a package membrane bioreactor (MBR) treatment system (construction and delivery by others), furnishing and installing a pre-manufactured steel frame building on a concrete foundation, two new submersible pump stations, rehabilitation of existing concrete basins, miscellaneous yard piping and connections, surface treatments and fencing, miscellaneous demolition, electrical and instrumentation, and two new standby power generators.

Rotschy Inc. is seeking bids and quotations for scopes related to doors and windows, HVAC, fencing, finishes, electrical, erosion, thermal and moisture protections and metals.
