PARKS RENTAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

1.0 PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Kitsap County Parks Department is soliciting proposals from qualified agencies to provide property management services for four (4) residential properties located within Kitsap County.

Services to be provided are in part:
• Marketing
• Screening Applicants
• Perform Walk-throughs at beginning and end of Lease
• Collection of Rent, Late Fees, Deposits, and any other associated fees
• Provide Monthly Status Reports
• Evaluate Properties
• Provide first point of contact for minor repairs/equipment

The response should include the proposed commission, marketing plan, statement of experience related to this service, a statement of qualifications and at least three references.
