Project Description:  Parkview elementary is an existing single story, 35,690 sq.ft. Facility constructed in the 1960's and added to in the 70's and in 2016. The construction is a mix of concrete tilt-up, structural steel framing, and block masonry units.

The existing building built prior to 2016, about 33,470 sf, will be demolished. The 2,600 sf covered play will be relocated to the west of the school.

New construction will consist of 61,572 sf and include two-story classroom wings, an expanded gymnasium, and receiving area.
