NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Sealed bids for the following Public Works Project will be received until 2:00 p.m. on February 27, 2025, at 600 Capitol Way North, MS: 43158, Olympia, Washington, 98501-1091, and will be publicly opened and read.

Provide all labor, materials, and equipment to construct site improvements, including asphalt paving and piling for owner-supplied boarding float at the Department's Patterson Lake Access, located at 16-2 Patterson Lake Road, Winthrop, Washington 98862, GPS Coordinates 48.4617, -120.2438, in Okanogan County.

Engineer’s Estimate: $85,000

No pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled, Contractors are strongly encouraged to independently visit the site.
