INVITATION FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received by Thurston PUD (District), located at 1230 Ruddell Rd. SE, Lacey, WA 98503 until 3 p.m., Thursday, November 30, 2023, for the general contract for replacement of the Pattison Water System Tri-Lakes Booster Station as described in the scope of work.
Contractors may obtain the contract documents by requesting them from the District at doug.piehl@thurstonpud.org at no cost.
The District shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding document or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
All applicants must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number to submit a bid including subs. The District is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. Small, Minority- and Women-Owned Businesses are encouraged to submit bids. All work performed on the project will be subject to the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates.

This project is funded through the Washington State Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program with federal funds from the Environmental Protection Agency. DWSRF requirements and provisions must be met by Washington State licensed general contractors and all subcontractors.
Optional Pre-bid conferences will be held at 10 am on Wednesday November 15. Location will be the Tri-Lakes booster station located at 9412 Tri Lake Dr SE, Olympia, WA 98513. Representatives of Thurston PUD will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference. Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference.
