Pattison Water System Replacement Well

INVITATION FOR BIDS

Sealed bids will be received by Thurston PUD (District), located at 1230 Ruddell Rd. SE, Lacey, WA 98503 until 10 a.m., Monday, June 12, 2023, for the general contract for Drilling and testing of a new 16 inch production well to an estimated depth of 250 feet below ground surface.

Contractors may obtain the contract documents by requesting them from the District at doug.piehl@thurstonpud.org at no cost.

A certified or bank cashier’s check for 5 percent of the bid amount, payable to Thurston PUD, or a bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid.

The District shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding document or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.

All applicants must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number to submit a bid including subs.  The District is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. Small, Minority- and Women-Owned Businesses are encouraged to submit bids. All work performed on the project will be subject to the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates.

This project is funded through the Washington State Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program with federal funds from the Environmental Protection Agency. DWSRF requirements and provisions must be met by Washington State licensed general contractors and all subcontractors.
