Description of Work: Install lighting improvements within the lot include poles, foundations, LED lighting fixtures, photo optic controls, conduit, conductors, load center, and utility connection. Install EV chargers within the lot include chargers, mount, new conduit, conductors, and a power center upgrade. Install permanent restrooms within the lot include restroom facilities and utility connections. Install security cameras within the lot include poles, foundations, cameras, conduit, conductors, and communication connection. Landscaping and irrigation improvements within the lot to meet permit requirements.
Subcontractor/supplier opportunities include (but not limited to): Landscaping & irrigation, paving, concrete, mechanical and electrical.
This project has prevailing wage rate requirements.
