The Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission ("WSCJTC” and/or the “Commission”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) pursuant to RCW 39.26 for the purpose of soliciting proposals from qualified entities interested in developing and maintaining: 1) a first responder peer support network to help first responder peer supporters address the vicarious trauma and secondary traumatic stress incurred by performing their peer support duties, and 2) a directory of licensed mental health and substance use disorder professionals who have cultural competency, experience, and training with treating first responders.
