Request for Qualifications – Permitting Design & PS&E Preparation

Percival Creek Fish Passage Barrier Removal

The City of Tumwater is soliciting interest from consulting firms with expertise in water crossing design, civil engineer, environmental and cultural resources investigations to complete permitting, design, and PS&E preparation for the Percival Creek Fish Passage Culvert project. The consultant would be under the direction of the Water Resources Educator or her designee. Qualifications must be received by 3:00 PM, September 20, 2021, as directed in the complete RFQ.
