Project Description: Construction of a new 5,760 SF Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) building, including a 3,200 SF office area and 2,560 SF process area, and a 672 SF MBR Headworks building. Buildings construction includes reinforced concrete foundations and slabs, CMU block walls, steel joists and metal roof decking, and membrane roofing system. Work also includes site grading, rammed aggregate pier (RAP) foundation support system, storm drainage system, asphalt pavement, concrete pavement and sidewalks, security fencing and gates, installation of owner-furnished skid mounted MBR system and headworks screen, plumbing and HVAC systems, electrical, control, communication, and fire alarm systems, interior and yard process piping, 416 linear feet of gravity sewer main piping, and 514 linear feet of water main piping.
