Seattle Housing Authority is soliciting bids for Phase 1 preconstruction work and Phase 2 Construction work.  Preconstruction activities include but are not limited to project schedule, submittals, permitting, financial closing.  Construction work includes construction of affordable housing in a wood-framed residential building consisting of approximately 89,832 sf and 81 dwelling units, a multi-purpose community space, building management office, and 75 surface parking stalls.  The General Contractor and all subcontractors will be required to pay prevailing wages pursuant to the Wage Determination that is included in the bid documents. The Pre-Bid Site Visit to be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on October 20, 2020 at 10:00 AM and October 26, 2020 at 2:00 PM.  Call in information is provided in the bid documents.
