Phase 2-Water Improvements – Kootenai County Water District #1

MDM Construction Group, Inc. is seeking proposals from qualified and certified DBE, MBE, UDBE and WBE Contracting and Supplier firms.
The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of approximately 8,300 LF of water lines.

Work consists of: New water storage reservoir and site improvements, pressure reducing valve station, and water treatment plant improvements. Booster station improvements include demolition and replacement of mechanical piping, pumps, fittings, valves, appurtenances and upgrades to HVAC, and electrical systems including new standby generators.
