Project Descriptions and Scope of work includes:
The works includes: Interior tenant improvements to the existing Bell Harbor International Conference Center at Pier 66. The tenant improvements include updating
finishes and minor interior reconfiguration of 32,728 SF on Level 3 (the Conference Center) of the existing pier including associated structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and AV Work, and signage to improve wayfinding. New energy efficient lighting and lighting controls throughout to meet the Seattle Energy Code requirements.
Providing enlarged and new windows on the exterior façade; all windows will be high performance systems and meet the requirements of the Seattle Energy Code. One new operable partition and new sliding glass partitions. A new cold‐formed framing internal ramp between levels 2 and 3. A new 3‐level structural steel stair between levels 1, 2, and 3. All improvements for the conference center will be within the existing footprint of the
facility.

There is a 10% MWBE goal for this project.

PCL is available to assist interested firms in obtaining adequate information about the contract plans, specifications and requirements for this project. PCL is available to discuss breaking the work into economically feasible units to maximize the opportunity for participation by DBE firms on this project and encourage DBE firms to follow up with our estimator as early as possible, to engage in discussion about the scope of work they are capable of providing.
