PROJECT TITLE: PIERCE COUNTY ANNEX BUILDING TENANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT INVITATION TO BID NO. 2118

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The he work proposed includes all the necessary permits, fees, materials, equipment, labor, and related items to construct improvements to the Planning and Land Services Department (PALS) of the Annex Building located at 2401 S 35th St., Tacoma, WA 98409. The interior tenant improvements consist of selective demolition of existing walls, doors, relites, ceiling grid, lighting, electrical power and mechanical. New build out consisting of offices, open office, accessory conference rooms and kitchen/break rooms. Work will be performed in two phases: Phase one consists of areas south of the existing development counter and lobby. Phase two consists of remaining portions of PALS, north of the development counter, including the lobby and entry corridor.

PRE-BID DATE/TIME: A Non-Mandatory pre-bid walk-through will be held at the project site THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2018 AT 4:00 PM. The walk-through is anticipated to take approximately one hour. Contactors are to Meet at the project site – 2401 S 35th St, Tacoma, WA 98409, East Entrance Permit Lobby.
