Pioneer Elementary School Addition and Improvements

Scope: Construct an approx 33,980 sf remodel in existing building and 38,640 sf of new addition. Work for the new addition includes: Interior and exterior opening systems, interior finishes, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical low voltage, site/civil, and landscaping. Work for the existing building remodel includes: Replace some interior walls, lighting, electrical/mechanical distribution systems, new wall, floor, and ceiling finishes will replace some existing finishes to match those in the new addition, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical low voltage, side/civil, and landscaping.
