Pioneer Elementary School Envelope Improvement

Project Description:   The project consists of demolition and replacement of approximately 45,000, s.f. of roofing, at the existing Pioneer Elementary School (E.S.), and various other exterior building envelope improvements. The work includes but is not limited to the following scope:
1. Demolition of existing gutters and replacement of gutters.
2. Miscellaneous flashing and sheet metal work.
3. Replacement of wood and fiber cement trim.
4. Replacement of exterior envelope sealants.
5. Prepping and painting of all of the building's exterior, non-masonry, surfaces.
6. Veneer concrete masonry (CMU) work, and installation of water repellants and anti-graffiti coatings.
