PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 1,200 SF renovation/expansion to an existing restroom bldg within the City of Puyallup's Pioneer Park. Original constructed in 1994, the existing bldg is approx 21' x 28'. The renovation will ensure a structure that will serve a larger population and one that will sit in cohesion with the other existing structures located at the site. Site work includes sump pump replacement, new/modified walkways, and utilities.
