Summary of Work:
A new elevator constructed within the existing McKinley School and a new ADA ramp constructed in a main school corridor. 
Associated work includes but is not limited to: new elevator pit and shaft construction, limited haz-mat abatement, shoring of existing structures, cuts, patches, and restoration, new electrical sub-panel to serve the new elevator, and relocation of various IT equipment and lighting.

MWBE, Veteran-Owned, and Small Business Enterprise firms are encouraged to bid.
