PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construction of a new 6-story, 63,027 SF building with (100) units of permanent supportive housing atop on-site property management offices, resident services space, interior and exterior resident amenity space, and 2018 SF of commercial space for future Tenant Improvement. Construction will be Type-VA on Floors 2-6 over Type-1A at Floor-1.
