PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construction of a new 6-story, 63,027 SF building with (100) units of permanent supportive housing atop on-site property management offices, resident services space, interior and exterior resident amenity space, and 2018 SF of commercial space for future Tenant Improvement. Construction will be Type-VA on Floors 2-6 over Type-1A at Floor-1.

 

PROJECT SCHEDULE:

    1. Construction Anticipated Start Date: May, 2025
    2.  Construction Duration: 16 months
      1. Please review the schedule that is on Builder’s Exchange to ensure that you can meet the durations associated with the work you are bidding on.  

 

WMBE / SECTION 3: WCC actively encourages participation of Women and Minority Business Enterprises (WMBEs) as well as Section 3 Firms on this project. WMBE and Section 3 subcontractors are strongly encouraged to submit bids.

 

PREVAILING WAGES: Compliance with the following:

      1. Washington State Commercial Prevailing Wage Rate, Dated 3/17/2025.
      2. Davis Bacon Commercial Prevailing Wage Rates, Dated 12/20/2024.
      3. Bids to reflect the higher wage rate of the two wage rates listed above.
