Renovation of existing 42,600 SF Pope Elementary School and a 34,830 SF addition located to its north. Site improvements include a reconfigured entry drive, expanded parking lot, and a new playground.
Estimated Value: $24 million
 

Contract Duration:
• NTP approx 4/1/19
• Phase 1: 4/1/19 – 7/7/19
• Phase 2: 7/8/19 – 6/1/20
• Substantial Completion: 6/1/20
• Final completion: 7/6/20
 

Pricing Requirements:
• There is one (1) Base Bid.
• There are six (6) Alternates. Please check and see if you need to include alternate pricing
• There are two (2) unit prices. Please check and see if you need to include unit pricing.

**WA State L&I prevailing wage rates apply to this project**
