Port of Bellingham - ATM Service at Bellingham International Airport & Fairhaven Station
Notice is hereby given that proposals for ATM Service at BLI and FS for the Port of Bellingham will be received until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, October 31st, 2023. Any proposals received after the specified time and date will not be considered. All submitted proposals must be emailed to brianw@portofbellingham.com, copying alexandery@portofbellingham.com.
The Port of Bellingham owns and operates BLI, the third largest commercial air-service facility in the State of Washington. BLI is classified by the Federal Aviation Administration as a primary non-hub commercial service airport and serves around 700,000 passengers and 200,000 visitors each year. BLI primarily serves the Washington Counties of Whatcom, Skagit, and Snohomish, and the area of Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. BLI provides commercial service to 11 non-stop destinations and is a designated international port of entry with U.S. Customs on-site. Facilities include a 6,701-foot precision instrument air carrier runway, an air traffic control tower and a 105,000 ft2 commercial service passenger terminal. The main terminal consists of a single-level main terminal building containing various passenger and baggage processing facilities including ticketing and baggage check-in, baggage claim, baggage make-up, and concessions.
Fairhaven Station has become a popular transportation hub for travelers and offer a variety of transportation modes including Amtrak, Greyhound, and Whatcom Transportation Authority (WTA) bus services. All Fairhaven transportation services are located inside a historic brick building along with taxi services, a local coffee shop, and offices.

The Port of Bellingham reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities.
All proposals submitted shall be considered valid offers for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of the proposal due date. All proposals become property of the Port of Bellingham and are subject to public disclosure laws per RCW 42.56.
