Notice is hereby given that proposals for the Port of Bellingham Janitorial Services will be received at the Administrative Offices of the Port of Bellingham, 1801 Roeder Avenue, Bellingham, WA 98225 until 2:00 PM, December 11, 2023. Proposals received after the specified time and date will not be considered. All submitted proposals must include one (1) original and one (1) digital copy.

The scope of work involves janitorial, window washing, and carpet cleaning services for the period of February 1, 2024 through January 31, 2026 for designated locations at the Port of Bellingham. This work is subject to prevailing wage rates as required on all public building service maintenance (janitorial) agreements.

A NON-MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for November 30, 2023 at 8:30 AM. Service Providers interested in site walkthroughs need to RSVP by emailing Brian Wilson, Contracts Administrator at brianw@portofbellingham.com copying Joe Spencer, Maintenance Manager at joes@portofbellingham.com. If wishing to do site walkthroughs, please plan for a full day in order to visit all locations. Service Providers shall meet in the Harbor Center Room at the Port of Bellingham’s Administration Office, located at 1801 Roeder Avenue, Bellingham, WA 98225.

The Port of Bellingham reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities.

All proposals submitted shall be considered valid offers for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the proposal due date. All proposals become property of the Port of Bellingham and are subject to public disclosure laws per RCW 42.56.
