BROADBAND PROJECT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

CULTURAL RESOURCES PLAN

Proposals will be received by the Port of Coupeville, located at 765 Wonn Rd, Suite E, Jim Davis House, Greenbank Farm, WA 98253 or by email to projectmanager@portofcoupeville.org until 3 PM, August 16, 2023, for Professional Services for the Public Works Board (PWB) Broadband Project, Port of Coupeville Fiber-to-the-Premise.

The Port of Coupeville is seeking proposals for fiber design work from interested parties for its proposed Fiber-to-the-Premise Network near Coupeville, Washington.

1. Conduct a WISAARD review of the entire project

2. Prepare a Monitoring Plan for the project that is informed by the WISAARD review
