Port of Edmonds Request for Qualifications: MEP Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing
Background: The Port has key operations in several buildings along the waterfront and requires MEP services to address changes to these established properties and ongoing marina projects, as well as unknown future MEP projects to be assigned via work requests.
Due Date: Proposals for this project can be received at the Port of Edmonds Administration Office, 471 Admiral Way, Edmonds, WA 98020, until 2:00 PM, October 23, 2025, but it is not required to physically present a printed proposal; an emailed proposal is expected and encouraged. Any proposals received after the specified time and date will not be considered. Proposals SHOULD be emailed to mep@portofedmonds.gov as a maximum 10-page, 15mb PDF file. It is the proposer’s responsibility to confirm that the submittal has been received.

Scope of Work: The scope of work entails Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing, construction bidding and oversight support, and consultation services on demand for several projects. The contract is being issued for one year, with options for renewal.
Pre-Bid Meeting NOT scheduled: A pre-bid meeting is not scheduled for this project. Please submit all questions by no later than 10 am, October 21, 2025 to mep@portofedmonds.gov . No guarantees are made for staff availability for impromptu visits to the property.
Work Start & Completion Dates: Work requests for the first assignment will be issued upon contract execution, starting early November 2025.
Insurance: Commercial General Liability, Business Auto, Worker’s Comp, and Employer’s Liability (Stop Gap), coverage will be required for this project.
