Description of Work – The Gate A9 PLB Reconfiguration project includes a new fixed walkway section at Gate A9 (procured by Port of Seattle). Demo of existing PCCP Panels to provide for new footings locations, pour new walkway support column foundations, demo of and installation of bollards, demo and relocation of mechanical and electrical piping and components, and demo and restriping at the ramp level of the AOA.
Subcontractor/supplier opportunities include (but not limited to): earthwork, pavement, wet utilities, demolition, concrete paving and footings, precast jersey barrier, striping removal and replacement, structural steel, metals, expansion joints, painting, mechanical, electrical, and pedestrian loading bridge relocation.
This project has prevailing wage rate requirements.
