Project:                         Port of SEA Gate D6 PLB Conversion

Bid Due Date:               Thursday, September 4, 2025 @ 2:00 p.m.

Estimated Contract Value:          $3,200,000.00

WMBE utilization goal of 5%, self-certification is acceptable.

 

Description of Work:  Work to be completed in phases. Remove Existing Bus Loading Ramp and Gate D6 and replace with a new Passenger Loading Bridge. including civil, structural, MEPF, Fuel, Architectural and Specialties work. Scope includes installation of three (3) New Fuel pumps at Gate D4, D5 and D8 which requires coordination with work being performed by Port Construction Services. Work will be phased.

Subcontractor/supplier opportunities include (but not limited to): Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical work, structural steel, rebar installation.

This contract is Prevailing Wage.
