Estimated Contract Value:   $2,000,000.00

Description of Work: Renovate and expand the existing Ground Transportation Booth located on the 
3rd Floor on the Parking Garage with 1,830 SF expansion for administrative workspaces and 
reconfiguration of existing public restrooms to meet ADA requirements. Work to be completed in 
phases.

Subcontractor/supplier opportunities include (but not limited to): Demolition, concrete, metals and 
structural steel, roofing and insulation, doors and windows, drywall, flooring, specialties, MEP.

This contract has a Project Labor Agreement.
