Description of Work: This project is set to replace existing panels that are outdated, working clearance issues, or past the useful life of the panels. New panels will be installed in the existing panel's locations if the existing location meets code. The doors to the electrical rooms have been evaluated and will be replaced by new doors with panic hardware or have panic hardware installed. New exhaust fans will be installed in electrical rooms that have heating concerns and a new air handling unit will be installed in electrical room PT-101-SL in Parking Garage. Fire Smoke Dampers and fire caulking of wall penetrations will be installed in electrical rooms. New conduit installations shall be supported by seismically rated conduit supports.
Subcontractor/supplier opportunities include (but not limited to): Scopes of Work (but not limited to) - Divisions 02 (demo); 03 (concrete); 05 (metals);08 (doors); 09 (painting); 15 & 16 (MEP).
This project has prevailing wage rate requirements.
