PORT OF SEATTLE 2020 CONSULTANT SERVICES ROSTER

ADVANCED NOTIFICATION FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (RCW 39.80.030)

Notice is hereby given the Port of Seattle (Port) is publishing a general announcement to the public of the Port’s projected requirements for the following type of professional services estimated to cost less than $200,000 throughout 2020:  architect, engineering and surveying services as defined by RCW 39.80.020 for our airport, maritime, and real estate divisions.

Projected Requirements:

The projected requirements are for firms engaged in the lawful practice of their profession to submit annually a business profile (firm’s resume, statement of qualifications; and performance data, such as, past projects) by registering on the Port’s VendorConnect website and uploading the business profile documentation.   Please select the appropriate North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) System code for your company’s specialty; appropriate business certifications; and work types.  

The Port may use current statements of qualifications and performance data on file.  The Port shall conduct discussions with one or more firms regarding anticipated concepts and methods of approach for performing the required services and then shall select therefrom, based upon criteria established by the Port, the firm deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the services required for the proposed project.

• View current and future bid opportunities estimated to cost $200,000 or more
• Download solicitation documents
• Identify Women/Minority Business Enterprises (WMBE) with details (business classifications & certifications)
• View the Port’s event calendar 
• Procurement notifications, requirements and announcements will be made from PRMS.
