This project will create two rotating in-line faux food truck locations in Concourse B and 
the Central Terminal. The Central Terminal location will receive all new utilities including 
HVAC, electrical, and plumbing/waste piping, and the Concourse B location will receive 
upgrades including primarily grease waste. Both spaces will receive cook lines with new 
equipment and Type I hoods, new casework and service counters, and all new finishes.
