Small Business and Minority Contractors to provide services for this construction opportunity.

Project Description:
The Central Terminal is currently undergoing a major renovation of tenant spaces. This contract
work is an element of the remodeling work of the Central Terminal food court seating area to
provide convenient electrical power in new millwork furniture for charging electronics. This
project would add new electrical infrastructure and replace furniture, fixtures and equipment
(FFE) in the Central Terminal and Food Court Dining.

Scopes of Work:
Architectural Millwork
Painting
Electrical

There is a 5% SBE business requirement.
