Project Description:

Completed plans call for renovations at the Sea-Tac Airport for the Port of Seattle. The work in this project includes converting office space and restaurant kitchen space into restrooms in 4 locations and renovating 3 existing restrooms on Concourse B, C, and D of the terminal building. One of the office conversions includes enlarging two airport hold rooms and building a new customer service kiosk.

Expected Start: Jul 19, 2021

Expected Finish: Aug 18, 2022

Project Size: 16,000 sq. ft.
