This project would renovate the existing CBP facility at Terminal 106’s Warehouse B and incorporate spaces made available by a to be vacated warehouse tenant.  The proposed renovated facility would allow consolidated CBP operations from their Terminal 102 facility.

The Port, having been certified in accordance with RCW 39.10.270, has chosen to utilize the Design-Build procedure as the total project cost is over two million dollars and where the project will provide opportunity for greater innovation or efficiencies between the designer and the builder.
