Request for Proposals (RFP) for

Consultant Services for WA Clean Buildings Act Compliance

Port of Skagit, Skagit County, Washington

Proposals Due: October 16, 2025

 

The Port of Skagit (Port) is requesting Proposals from qualified consultants interested in providing energy consultant services to support Port compliance with the Washington Clean Buildings Act. The selected firm will provide services on a task order-basis under a multi-year contract.

Submittals must be received no later than 12 noon on Friday, October 16, 2025.

Title VI Statement

The Port, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined in 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, creed, sex, age, or disability in consideration for an award.
