REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) for
ENVIRONMENTAL PERMITTING ON-CALL SERVICES (CALENDAR YEARS 2025-2028)
Port Skagit, Skagit County, Washington
STATEMENT DUE: October 10, 2025
The Port of Skagit (Port) is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consultants interested in providing on-call environmental permitting services for the Port on an as needed basis. The selected firm(s) will provide task order-based environmental permitting services on a variety of in and out-of-water projects by conducting field work, coordinating approvals and permit application processes with local, state, and federal agencies, including but not limited to: USACE, WDFW, DOE, FEMA, NMFS, NOAA, DAHP, Skagit County, City of Sedro-Woolley, and Town of La Conner.

Submittals must be received no later than 12 noon on Friday, October 10, 2025.
