A request for bid was issued for the Building 2695 Trucking project. This Contract provides for the transportation and disposal of solids accumulated in Building 2695 at the Port of Vancouver. Work includes, but is not limited to, the transportation of solids and sand material, disposal and associated disposal fees of excavated solids materials utilizing solo trucks and super solos to the Hillsboro Landfill or an approved equal disposal facility. The material to be transported is non-hazardous, contaminated material and requires disposal at a Subtitle D Landfill. Port crews will be responsible for the excavation and loading of the solids and sand into the trucks.

• Pre-Bid Site Visit Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 2pm.
• Questions are due via the ProcureWare system by Thursday, June 26, at 2pm.
• Bids are due by Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 2pm.
• Cost Estimate: $747,208 ~ $828,862
