Building 3209 is comprised of a wood framed office section and a metal framed warehouse section with a masonry wall dividing the two sections. The Building 3209 Office Demo and Warehouse Improvements project consists of but is not limited to demolishing the masonry wall and office section of the building, infilling the exterior wall of the metal framed building and performing upgrades to the warehouse section of the building. Some abatement is required as part of the demo scope. The upgrades to the warehouse section includes siding repair, exterior paint, and roof coating.

A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held Thursday, July 18, at 2:00pm. Individuals attending the non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be required to wear reflective clothing (or vest), sturdy shoes and a hard hat.

Engineer's Estimate - $538,095 ~ $657,671
