Port of Whitman County- RFP Tekoa Property Engineering Services

The Port of Whitman County (Port) requests proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide professional engineering and environmental services to assist the Port with a proposed industrial development for a 12-acre lot at the Port of Whitman Business Air Center (POWBAC) in Colfax, Washington. The project will consist of the final design and permitting of the necessary roads, bridge, utilities, and grading required to ensure pad-ready building sites. Project will be designed as one phase, but plans should incorporate a low-impact phasing scheme. All design and approvals shall meet Whitman County and State of Washington codes and standards. The primary deliverable is a “shovel-ready” project that incorporates all the necessary engineering and environmental components.
