Project: Portland Avenue Community Center Fire Damage Repairs
SWR Bid # J2022-24

The Metropolitan Park District of Tacoma will receive bids for Portland Avenue Community Center Fire Damage Repairs J2022-24 at the office of Business Administration and Planning Metropolitan Park District of Tacoma, 4702 S. 19th St., Tacoma, WA 98405 until 2:00 p.m. on August 25, 2022. Bids received after the appointed time set for receipt will be considered non-responsive. All work completed for the Metropolitan Park District will be considered a public works project with prevailing wage documentation required.

Scope of Work: Repair by replacement of fire damaged building components, including but not limited to; damaged structural roof framing, wall and roof insulation, interior architectural finishes and exterior finishes. Intent is for all items to be replaced in-kind with no changes to building area.

Other than visual inspection of electrical components, no electrical scope is anticipated unless repairs to conduit or wiring are found to be required
